PRODUCT DELIVERY

All orders are processed the next working day. If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered with Dropp or DHL and their delivery, transportation and insurance terms apply to the delivery. SQ99 ehf. / Gaed.is is thereby not responsible for damage during delivery. The buyer is responsible for damage during transportation from Dropp or DHL to the buyer.

 

Pickup in store

No shipping on weekends and public holidays; in-store pickup only on weekends.

 

Bring packages to a pickup point

Online stores can drop off deliveries at Dropp in Korputorg, selected N1 service stations, or Kringlan's customer service desk.

Deliveries that arrive at Dropp in Korputorg 10 before 2pm on weekdays, or to other pick-up points before 12pm every day except Sundays, are:

• available for pickup at Dropp locations in the capital area by 5pm on the same day
• out for home delivery the same day between 6 pm and 10 pm (every day in the capital area and weekdays elsewhere)
• available for pickup on the next working day outside the capital area.

CANCELLATION RIGHT / RIGHT TO RETURN AND REFUND

The buyer has 14 days to cancel a purchase, as long as he has not used the product and the product is returned in unopened packages and in good order. If the product is in sealed packages, the seal must not be broken. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delivered to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please contact SQ99 ehf. / Gaed.is for questions.
